I keep on seeing a black mkv lowered with neon green wheels on Elverta Rd in Elverta.

i always see this mkv R32.. today i was close enough to get a good look.. Shes a beauty!..
Its an mkv r32 in the Deep blue pearl color .. License plate says Badwabt lol .. Nice !

Saw it on Highway 50 westbound around 7:15am
