New Headlights Not Working

Bought a new set of headlights for my 2007 MKV GTI and they arent working at all. Ran VCDS, see below. Something i need to change in the coding? Any thoughts on where to start here? My fog lights work fine.

So your original HID functioned completely before you installed the new replacement HID?? Did you confirm they are plugged in completely and that the Fuses are Ok.
