Need Better Post Filtering

Is anyone managing the keyword block list for posts here? Why do we get so many of the same scam posts Chinese university crap over and over cbd gummies, etc. Should be easily controlled with proper keyword exclusion.

No I'm pretty sure the owner of this website just owns a few hundred copy/pasted forums and the only thing they care about is putting new types of intrusive advertisements up. As far as I know, the owner doesn't visit and leaves it up to one admin to manually delete the users.
