Hey y'all greetings from New England - I'm from Malden.. Coming from a Mazda CX-5 who recently had a little crash going down a snowy hill although the car was repairable, I don't think it's safe to drive anymore. I am seriously considering a GTI as a daily driver but I've heard so many stories about reliability. Any advices will be greatly appreciated in regards of the GTI Autoblah version which is the one I'm considering. I see there are common issues like water pumps, clutch disks, the infamous plastic seals, camshafts, etc (you name it!).
I really like the practicality of the vehicle and since is only me and wifey I believe it'll be the right choice in the long run bu Is it worth to have the vehicle, considering the issues aforementioned?
