I thought I found the issue

Added new terminals and a little bit of solder. Went on a test drive and it died :/

On the bright side I did get some fault codes this time

Gonna borrow a used oem pump from vw tomorrow. If that cures my issue I'll probably ditch the walbro and just get the Ttrs pump

How do you have the walbro mounted and what's your tank level

Walbro is mounted inside billet basket

I have 1/4 tank.

I should mention that being in neutral and revving to 4K does not cause fuel pressure to drop.

There's not as much load either. I'm assuming there's a hole in the bottom of the basket? Maybe it's sitting too close to the bottom of the tank and not allowing pickup?

Go fill up with fuel and see if it keeps happening? It's easy enough to try

Will do. I will feel like a total jackass if that's the issue.

I also couldn't remember how far down the inlet of the pump needed to be in the basket. I currently have mine about an inch from the bottom [emoji85]

I will adjust that too

I'll take a pic when I get the pump out.

But it's pretty much a floating ping pong ball.

Went ahead and removed the pigtail that was on the walbro pump just incase there was a poor connection inside of there.

The pump was already as far down as it could go in the basket because of the strainer. About a 3/4 inch gap from the bottom of the basket to the inlet of the pump

Kinda ghetto but I rigged it the same way that I had the dw65v so that way I could get it closer to the bottom of the basket

Also added 5gal of gas.

We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Lol only reason I haven't added gas sooner is because the car would never make it to the gas station. Neighbor let me borrow his gas can.
