Exactly. If you look at the pictures that loccusst has I put it right above where he has his mounted. I actually prefer his setup but mine didn't fit as well.

Is that a DVD based nav system? I have a ghetto one that I use: Blackberry with Telenav.

Not dvd based. It is all pre downloaded onto the unit. Upgrades are downloaded from a pc. I had to get an external antenna which is mounted ontop of the dash for now. It will go inside my gauge pod when I build it. I originaly tried to mount it inside the top dash vent and would of been sweet, but the grill is metal. That is where my gauge pod will be placed.
