The fog lights turned out great!

Have any thoughts about installing a front intercooler, for the looks?
With read hoses behind the fog-light cover = NICE

Thank you.

Well here is the thing, I already have an S3 8P intercooler, which, to be honest, works great to power like 400-500hp at crank.
Tested and proven throughout the years. Yes I already have an FMIC from Precision Turbo, that I could install.
But each thing at its time.
If you meant red hoses, not my style to be honest, but thanks for the suggestion

^lol

Or maybe more than one to choose from , hehe

And, finally, I might have also ordered this . . .

Fingers crossed it wont be long till it gets in my hands :)

Finally got around to reading the whole thread. You're attention to detail is amazing and inspiring. There are so many things I absolutely love here.

Now to read the RS4 thread.

First of all some more new things

This one, the plate that goes between engine and transmission, that took 5 days to get here - f*ck it

Fresh Axle Bolts

Spark Plugs

Axle Bolts Connectors

Wheel Hub Bolts

Crank rear seal

Sourced the tacho I was after, with the big MFD screen like I have on the GT

ECU

And took everything apart on the donor car to get what I need more or less

Engine was the lifted, oil changed, oil filter and I gave a bit of love to the block which looks pretty good it seems

Then , changed the crank rear seal

Out with the old

In with the new

Changed this, which was tired and broken

And also installed the RS4 valve

Hopefully more tomorrow, and I hope it wont be long till engine is in my car

Cheers

Thank you very much.
I am sure you will like the Audi, even more :)

Just one awesome build! Love that its not like the normal slammed Volkswagen! Total insperation!

Thank you very much

Wish Mishimoto made one for the TSI..

To be honest, I would not bother going for a mishimoto if I had an oem one.
Workds great for high power applications and has zero issues even on track abuse. However given the fact I had to buy one for my application, I thought why not. :happyanim:

So . . . more updates today.

Received an exceptional package from my friend Andy @ Dazzle-Car .

Got some more boring bolts, for the hpfp and for the side cover too

Transmission was thrown on

And hpfp would be installed next along with some work on the wiring

Fixed all the broken conectors, like this, using of course my beloved tape

Oem style all the way

Then had to remove the oem GT gear linkage system, and replace it with the oem GTI linkage system. In order to do this, I had to release some nuts from the interior of the car. And in order to do that, I had to remove the center console. But to remove that, I had to remove one seat.

RECARO wasnt happy

Result of the above story, is this mess I made. Dont worry, I took it all apart, so I know how everything goes back in :)

Up it goes

Old ones in situ

Removed

Disconnected

From this

OEM radiator removed

Let's go for a ride

Lift Up

Landed

Secured in place

Me Likey :D :D

I also cleaned and modified a GTI OEM engine cover

And threw it on for fun

Not gonna stay there though. LoL.

Cheers, more to come.
