I use torrent's but Im trying to find a quality source to find those torrents.

It's a meta search engine, searches all of the popular bittorent sites like mininova and the pirate bay.

I've never used the MK5 media format though, so I can't help you there.

thepiratebay.org, IMO one of the best torrent sites, doesn't require an account, and has a huge selection of anything you could ever want.

90% of material on public trackers are scene releases, which look pretty bad because they don't have good encoders. You'll have to find a private tracker.. and hint: there's only one good one on the entire web.
