Mkv motor swap

Hey, been trying to figure out how hard it would be, or if it's even possible to put a mk6 or mk7 motor and transmission in my mk5 gti?

The mk6 would be the closest match. Basically like my 09. Mkv body, mk6 engine and trans. You'll need mounts, ecu and maybe the harness. It's doable, though I don't know anyone that's done it. The mk7 is just too different, not saying it's impossible but it would be very time intensive/expensive.
