Hello everybody,
as the titles description shows I'm having some issues with my mkv gti 05....
it won't start and vcds is showing the 2 following faults-
P2602 - 02 - Coolant pump control circuit: short circuit to ground
P0688 - EMC power relay load circuit: open circuit
now the history, I've previously had a fault code that cleared which was low voltage at pin 30... this was about 2/3 weeks ago and cleared and didn't return.
I have disconnected the coolant pump and still the pump fault won't clear (showing s/c to ground so removal should prove the pump), I have swapped relays in fuse box and this also hasn't helped, fuses checked and all ok, voltage present everywhere I have checked.
I suspect a wire break but I have no wiring diagram or pin out from the ECM.
Does anyone have any further ideas?
or
the actual pin out/ wiring diagram of the engine wiring and ECM? or point me in the direction of where I could find them?
any help would be greatly appreciated and get me out of a hole!
