Mk5 Roof lining fitment of R32 models

Hi there,

New to the forum ive tried to find the answer but the best i could find regarded a Mk4 R32 golf.

Does anyone know if the MK5 headliner is interchangeable between the standard range and the R32? i have the standard roof sagging and was planning to practice on a wrecker roof lining and swapping it into my R32.

Failing that ill have a upholsters look at it, however quoted around $700.

Yes the headliner board from a 2 door sunroof rabbit/golf/gti will fit.

Thank you! and the headliner from a normal golf mk5? my R32 is a four door! I should o been specific!

Then you would need one from a 4 door, the headliner board is different between the 2 & 4 and of course with sunroof or without.
