Hi - I have a problem with the data link/light switch fuse (fuse 13) which keeps blowing. I've changed the light switch and that's fine but there appears to be a short on the circuit. I suspect it could be either the live to the to the switch shorting - or more likely a short somewhere in the odb2 port or circuit. It is an old car so I don't want to spend a fortune, but need to get the lights working properly for the MoT. My question is, is this a known/common fault? and would it work if I just took a new live wire to the light switch and left the power to the obd port disconnected? Any advice appreciated - thanks
