MK5 GTI Engine Noise; Low rpms to about 3k rpms

Anybody have an idea of what it can be? It only happens when I'm in gear from about 1500 rpms to about 3500rpms
It's more noticeable in 1st,2nd, and 3rd gear

No noise at all if I'm in neutral and I Rev

I have the same noise. It doesn't fluctuate with RPM, but with speed. It sounds like a squeak in one of my brakes or wheel bearings, but when I jack up the car and spin the tires by hand, it sounds perfect. I don't hear it on the highway, unless I'm in a tunnel or next to a wall.
If I slow down to a creep, it sounds like squeak... squeak... squeak..., but once I speed up, it's almost constant (but it doesn't happen all the time).
