Lack of power

Hi I am a newbie got a 2017 1.6 tdi 110bhp changed 2 actuators same issue flashing glow plug light. Car drives really sluggish. See attached pic.

So in layman’s terms what does this mean?

The wastegate servo is seizing...could be the same problem as on the 1.4lt petrols...the linkage pin needs undoing & sanding back to remove cooked on gunk & re-lubricating...

Changed the turbo so that should be okay. Any ideas guys pulling my hair out

Fuel injectors?..bad diesel?

Sorry what I meant was not checked the diesel or fuel injectors. The car was damaged repaired so must have been sitting around especially with COVID 19 scenario.
