Ignition key lock

Hey, new member here this is a awesome car community! My trouble is my 07' 142,000 key turns to "on" but won't turn to "start" to crank the car.... I went ahead and removed the whole ignition the shear bolts( harden bolts from hell) and all. The question is with my issue should I be looking at replacing the housing, electrical, and lock cylinder. Or am I looking at just replacing one or two of them...... Thank you for the time and info. Had a similar issue except mine would not turn to the off position, I was stuck in run/start (had to stall the car to get it to turn off). I replaced the steering lock which came with a new ignition switch. I transferred my original lock cylinder over to the new steering lock and it worked fine after that.
