I drove through a decently deep puddle thanks to Detroit’s lack of drains and now my turbo isn’t building any boost, anybody know what the issues could be?

I know this is old, but exactly HOW deep was that puddle do you approximate, and it's April now. Is the issue fixed? It does help to provide more info on the car, btw (how many miles on it for ex, and recent repairs, etc) - because you are assuming it is the puddle that caused this, and that may or may not be true. Could just be a coincidence.
