How to increase Vacuum during idle, trying to eliminate white exhaust smoke.

I've notice my car expels white smoke during idle with a vacuum of -24inHg and with the AC on my vacuum is at -22inHg and instantly stop the white smoke coming out my exhaust. I'm currently stage 2 Eurodyne and after a upgraded downpipe it happens all the time. Signs point to the turbo seals fail as I'm at 118kmi. I've also increase the idle but that doesnt increase the vacuum during idle, any options?

Smoke has nothing to do with vacuum, either you have a failed head gasket and more vacuum would make it worse (-22 is actually less than -24) or the smoke is normal and due to the downpipe and the lack of catalytic converter. Turbo seals would produce black smoke under strong acceleration I think.
