Highline install problems

I finally got the highline installed, not by me but by a specialist, however the convenience menu has nothing in it except on, off and back.

I was expecting to get the features like door lock settings, sunroof auto close and things like that.

Is this an error in programming from the install or is there something else I am missing? It was a midline unit before.

Car is a 2008 GT Sport

Seems I need a comfort module. Apparently the one I need has been fitted on manufacture.

I have two options.

1 buy vcds.
2 take the glovebox out and check the part number.

How hard is it to take out the glovebox and any DIY? I can't find one.....iPhone.

For anyone else doing this you need the module ending in BT plus someone to program the car right. All sorted now. I still haven't got the sunroof auto close or ATA active yet but hope so soon.
