Help me solve a problem I don't know exists

So, one of my younger brothers gave me a great Christmas present that I haven't decided how to make use of. He recently graduated from machining school and works in a shop. His gift was the offer to make any part within his capabilities.

So:

- Aluminum preferred.
- 3 Axis.
- Could do a brushed finish but it would be by hand.
- Not limited to auto parts.
- No bending.

I really haven't figured out what to do. Personalized shift knob? Shifter gate? Kitchen spatula? Fob cover? Cat helmet?

If there was a general consensus and other people were interested there could potentially be a batch made. Yours would not be free.

Help!

If you're talking 3-axis CNC, my vote is for a custom front grill badge. Which naturally suggests a front/rear set. :D

Any update? What did he end up making?

My dad works in a machine shop too. He built me a custom stainless steel adapter to mate my unitronic downpipe to my AWE exhaust. Precision fit, and better quality than any aftermarket car part I've ever bought.

A billet aluminum, CNC machined, stonehenge thing. 18-feet high. Here's the plans.

Custom weighted shift knob would be cool. Maybe try a more temperate metal so you don't burn/freeze your hand.
