i have the 42DD shift bushings. some people love them; didnt change the feeling for me at all.

i had a noticeable difference, and i would highly recommend them to anyone and for 35 bucks they are worth it.

I can't tell if mine had much effect since I put them in while I was installing a Dieselgeek ShortShifter.. but either way, shifting is insane now. I'm sure they had something to do with the change. The original shift feeling was very spongey and vague. Now its very mechanical feeling, which is awesome
