Decided after SOWO that im going to pick up an 06A block to swap in place of the 06F I currently have. I was going to build up the spare 06F I have in the shed for tighter piston to wall clearances (want .004 instead of .0045) but I can ditch all of the 1.8t adapter stuff by going straight to the 1.8t block. If anyone is interested in a freshly polished 06A to 06F oil filter housing adapter let me know
Also might be selling my polished alternator housing as i'll probably end up going to a 75A MK4 alternator if I end up deciding against a crankcase vacuum pump: http://www.eaaengineering.com/serpentine-belt-conversion-kits-pulleys/

Fusebox is mounted in its new home. It will sit behind the radio. Pop a cover off, take 4 screws out and it will be easily accessed but hidden

Scored a real amphenol bulkhead connector and plate plus some AN brake lines and fittings off a del sol at the local junkyard. Only cost $10 for everything

I decided I didn't want to take the radio out if I had a fuse blow so I made a new bracket, welded a nut to it so the fusebox could bolt to it and put some nutserts into the dash support bar so I could bolt the bracket to it. Now all I'll have to do s peek my head under the dash to get at the box, plus still don't have to extend any wires
