just thought i would see if anyone else was interested in picking up one of these units?

NEW AUTOLEADS PC7-1002 CAR IPOD & AUX IN ADAPTOR
OEM iPod adaptor & 3.5mm auxilary MP3 input to fit the following vehicles :
VOLKSWAGEN
- GOLF MK5 2003 onwards
- POLO 2004 onwards
- JETTA 2006 onwards
With the following units fitted from the factory :
DELTA 6 / RCD200 / RCD300 / RCD500
WILL NOT WITH NAVIGATION UNITS
This interface is designed to be plug and play, simply plugging in to your CD changer port on the back of the original radio.
You can use your factory radio to do the following (Please note some radios might not support all functions)
DISC UP & DOWN - Allows the changing of playlists
TRACK UP & DOWN - iPod track up and down
REPEAT / SCAN - Allows the switching between iPod mode and AUX in mode
This interface will work with the following ipods:
- iPod Nano
- iPod Mini
- 3rd Generation iPods
- 4th Generation iPods
- iPod Photo (60Gb only)
- iPod Video
- iPod Classic
- iPod Touch
- iPhone 3G / 3GS
- iPhone 4
This interface WILL charge the new iPhones / Touch
i've done a couple of quick searches and just about all of them are international companies.
here are the prices offered in the group buy (in australian dollars), the more people jump on board, the cheaper the price!
$90 for 1-5 units
$85 for 6-9 units
$80 for 10-19 units
$75 for 20+ units
international and domestic postage comes to $25
i'll have all the units shipped to me, and then i'll express post them from melbourne.
so all up, you'd be looking at a max of $115 delivered to your door?
i personally haven't used this product, i'm simply offering an opportunity to get a discount! haha
although i'm new to this forum, i have had extensive experience in running group buys before.
