So I own a 2.0t GTI... Pistons and valves smooched now im in the market for something... different. I’ve been thinking about cool engines for this project like a VR6, LS4, but i’m pretty much set on the 07k. Realistically what I’m looking to come out of this project is 300+ horsepower, maybe awd, 6 speed manual, and preferably a 5 cylinder but I’m open to more suggestions as I’m trying to get my plan set before I even start budgeting. This is supposed to be a 3 year project for myself so please try not to sh*t on my ideals too much. Any and all suggestions (except buying a 2.5 rabbit or a new GTI) are welcome and if anyone knows how to go about the swap I’d appreciate the knowledge as well. I’m trying to DIY the majority of this project as well so again, any suggestions are appreciated!
