Speaking of “normal car” EV’s, check out the lines on the new Hyundai Ioniq 5. Seems familiar, like a giant Golf in shape. I love the look, too bad it’s so big.

I remember years ago when displays first starting appearing in cars, DVD players and such, and they were mounting them lower in the back of consoles mainly, people would get crazy motion sickness from it. Something having to do with the peripheral out the windows and looking down, similar to reading in cars. I wonder if these larger screens being lower create a similar issue with drivers. Seems that a lot of manufacturers are mounting them higher up.
I agree it looks out of place that high up. I wish they would make it look more integrated into the car and less like an West Coast Customs add on.
My daughter in law has the one that looks like a prius. This looks much better, but she loves the car.
