Hi,
I am looking for a direct port installation on the OEM intake manifold.
I found the following parts:

http://www.aquamist-direct.com/806-357n-m8-to-1-8-npt-jet-adaptors-r/

http://www.aquamist-direct.com/806-284-m8-x-0-75mm-tap-for-m8-jet/

http://www.aquamist-direct.com/806-...igned-specially-for-direct-port-applications/

I guess the extended jets +5mm will be better in this case but I am not sure.

I appreciate the experience of people they did the installation before and if there is threads with pictures and description is more than welcome :)

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what sort of information you are looking for?

FWIW I strongly suggest you drill straight (by drill 'straight' I mean follow the contour of the manifold so the bung will sit FLUSH)into the manifold, do not go at an awkward angle as the manifold is thin and the bung will not have much room to thread into.
I also suggest that you jb weld the nozzle adapters straight to the manifold for the best seal.

Ive found that over time as the motor moves around, heat, and general wear and tear you will need to "touch up" the JB weld, but it does a pretty good job.
However if you want bulletproof I would suggest you buy an IE manifold.
If I had an FSI motor I would buy an IE manifold (there are no flapperless tunes for the TSI at this time).

Ninja edit: your sig says you have an IE manifold.... why are you even bothering with the OE manifold? throw that thing in your spare OEM parts bin and be done with it.

Thanks for info ViRtUaLheretic.
I have the IE manifold from few months ago and since I installed it, the car become very lagy. I lost around 600rpm from my turbo spool while it was supposed to maintain the same spool level or make it better as they announced but the truth is the opposite and I lost spool and HP and TQ!!
I contacted DM (my tuner) and they confirmed that with IE manifold I will loose spool, hp, tq. And they and others companies confirmed the same thing and their reply was the same.
The point is that I want to run an aggressive tuning that's why I bought Aquamist DPI kit and I want to use it.

I don't know if other people who run the IE manifold have the same issue or not, but that's what I got from DM and others!

Increased plenum volume should increase lag.
I would think that the benefits would out weigh the negatives though.
Ill trade you my manifold for your IE manifold :D
