I've had nothing but great experience from them. They packaged all my stuff very good too compared of the previous place I ordered the same item from that came damaged. I would easily order from them again.

But my point is , why do they setup a unique email for international customers when the can't even reply emails ?

Just few threads below , they said that tr don't visit these forums frequently ,,,
