This is more about the CEL. I'm still trying to get through the Montana registration, it just turns out it's more expensive than I thought and I'm having second thoughts. Some of the process is still unclear because I'm doing it all myself instead of paying 800-1000 bucks for one of the companies to do it.
It would be a no brainer if my car were worth 20k+, but the reality is that it's a small mk6 and in comparison to the cost of the car, a lot of stuff is more expensive than I'd wan it to be and it's hard to justify.

Yeah but to get a title through an llc is a few hundred if you're using a registered agent, meaning that they've figured out the loophole and rather than closing it, they'd rather just charge more for each vehicle, a lot more.
In TX it's probably quite cheap.

I'm trying to call the MT office to figure out if I actually need a title and to get a full cost breakdown before I go ahead and spin up the LLC. They won't answer the phone, busy counting their cash or something.

No, I thought K04 not good with stock tune, and I have a different map sensor, so it could fuck it up.
I have a previous Sneeky K04 tune made for emissions (pre EPA crackdown), it was made for a catted DP, I'm catless now, which I doubt would change the result of turning off the rear o2 monitor to pass, however I have that 4bar map sensor now, instead of the stock one.

I ran stock tune with K04 just kept it out of boost. Got it through emissions and flashed it back. Car ran great.

I am not catless tho. Uni disables the rear sensor so I could't get redness either until I went back to stock tune.

Nah, but coffee is. And will help the dump along.
It's back to being FREEZING here and I'm not a fan. But it looks like my FSB should be delivered today, so that's rad. And maybe I'll get the instruction email for the 918 so I can start that 3000 piece monstrosity lol
