Crash Repair. Something's different?????

I have had the Front Bumper and LHS Front Wing replaced after a Horse Float Trailer decided I didn't need one anymore and ripped it off while I was stationary.
Got the car back from the panel beaters and well I suspect that somethings different and I need help from members to solve this thought in the back of my head.

It appears that the cover on top of the Front Grille has been replaced. But something dosnt look right.
I am sure I was never able to see the white hexagonal screw heads, see arrows.

Can somebody please post pics? to make sure Iam not going crazy!!

Looks normal, that plastic part that goes from side to side top to bottom is the lock carrier. The hex heads are adjusters for the headlights.
