Other than the name does anyone know of any big differences bewteen b&g coilovers and h&r coilovers? because i am getting some for my birthday in august and want to know if one is better than the other.

it depends on the type. B&G are coils made to go low but not perform all that well. H&R street performance and premiums are made to perform amazing on the street and offer a good level of lowering. H&R ultra low coils are made to go very low as well like the B&G's but suffer in the performance aspect.

Premiums>street performance but the streets go lower.

Have you checked out the Ksport coilovers? They go low like the B&G's but have a host of performance attributes as well so you can pick how you use them.

if you wanna go low:

h&r ultra low are only height adjustable

pretty sure b&g's have dampening adjust-ability as well

If you want to go very low look into the B&G's.
