-ECU Reflash 91/93 Octane File

Intake recommended but NOT required
Catback Exhaust recommended but NOT required


Stage 2 Chip Requirements (FSI and TSI Motors)

-ECU Reflash 91/93 Octane File
-Aftermarket Downpipe with/without highflow catalyst

Intake is HIGHLY Recommended at this point but NOT required
Aftermarket Intercooler recommended but NOT required
Catback Exhaust recommended but NOT required


Stage 2+ Chip Requirements (FSI Motors ONLY)

-ECU Reflash 91/93 Octane with High Pressure Fuel Pump File
-Aftermarket Downpipe with/without highflow catalyst
-Aftermarket High Flow Fuel Pump rebuild (KMD,Autotech,AWE,APR)

Intake is HIGHLY Recommended at this point but NOT required
Aftermarket Intercooler HIGHLY recommended but NOT required
Catback Exhaust recommended but NOT required


Stage 2+ w/ 100 Octane Race File Chip Requirements(FSI and TSI Motors)

-ECU Reflash 100 Octane with High Pressure Fuel Pump File
-Aftermarket Downpipe with/without highflow catalyst
-Aftermarket High Flow Fuel Pump rebuild (KMD,Autotech,AWE,APR) ***FSI Motors ONLY***
-100 Octane Race Fuel or Water Meth Injection Kit

Intake is HIGHLY Recommended at this point but NOT required
Aftermarket Intercooler HIGHLY recommended but NOT required
Catback Exhaust recommended but NOT required



SPECIAL NOTE #1:You can Run the 100 octane file at any Stage. I Chose to put it Towards the end.


SPECIAL NOTE #2: TSI Owner DO NOT Run Stage 2+ There Stock Fuel pump does fine where the FSI Stock Pump falls on its face when you go Stage 2

I think with this discussion one needs to distinguish between a FSI and TSI engine.
for TSI:
stage 1: no hardware needed
Stage 2: Downpipe only hardware required, reflash ECU for free-flow exhaust.
Stage 2+: N/A

Technically no but when you go stage 2 its a REALLY good idea. whats the point in freeing up the exhaust if your engine is still breathing through a drinking straw?

I fixed it on the list anyway so as not to mislead anyone.
