any updates on vw dealers within the GTA that are mod friendly?

i have an 08 gti all stock but apr stage 1 flash....most times i drive it on stock map...if the weather is good and roads are clear then i treat my self to the stage 91oct map....

i would like them to check my follower and replace it...can they do this w/o charging me?
sometimes when im merging on the highway while in stock mode around 4.5K it hesitates n bogs down for a second and then picks up till i lift of the pedal to trigger next gear change (dsg) around 5k 5.5k rpm

with that complaint that i have is that grounds for replacement? will my warranty be voided because i have the apr stage 1 flash? will they able to tell me truthfully weather all my failing components are up to date? such as cam follower. hpfp and PCV system...

any info would be great along side w/ dealer info service advisor name and or techs name.

i forgot to add...no CEL on and also no stored codes either...
