Wut? I wasn't directing my question towards you...

Wut? I was agreeing with you. The new Mini is a better car than before.

Autoguide isn't Canadian as far as I can tell.

Nah they definitely are. Their test track is Toronto Motorsports Park/Cayuga. Pratte's also a former Canadian Touring Car Series champ.

I thought it was a good article. I don't understand why people constantly bring up "this is apples to oranges." Here's the thing, they're all in the same price bracket. Who cares. If someone is looking for a fun car they will certainly cross shop like this.

Nice showing by the WRX!

I understand their reasoning for pretending to be American and giving as-tested prices in USD, they reach a MUCH larger market this way.

It still irks me though, because they're clearly testing Canadian market vehicles. The worst case that I noticed was when they tested a Canadian Wolfsburg MK6 GTI, and gave an as-tested price of the American market Wolfsburg. That's just misleading because the Canadian Wolfsburg has bi-xenons and the American one doesn't (because Canada didn't get the more upscale Driver's Edition).
