As an engineering specialist in robotics, I am saddened by the accident and disappointed with the supervisor on the job. There are many safety devices bypassed for this accident to occur. Poor guy was too young to die like this.

I agree, he obviously bypassed a safety. People get complacent and that's when accidents happen.
