After disappointing auto show visit, Audi ships RS5, S6, S7 and S8 to customer's door

Vw owns audi doesnt it? Wish vw would contact audi and get some remedial training with customer service. My experience with vw was absolute hell. And took a lawyer to get anywhere with them.

VW customer service is good and bad, it really depends on what you contact them about/for. They really dont want to have anything to do with dealer issues and even though you call them, they send you right back to the dealer who tells you to fuck off in not so many words anyhow, its a funny cycle. I think its the same with most companies, they dont wanna spend money on something the dealer can take the loss on. Forget warranty stuff.

speaking of the public messing with show cars, the m3 that is on display outside the ring building at the nurburgring always has the valve stem caps missing on the rims. they just cant respect the cars. well thats about all they can take off the car.lol.

i wish i was a part of audi. maybe someday...
