AC hose cut by timing belt

Recently purchased a Mk 5 Gti, I got it with ac blowing warm tried to find the leak and spotted the culprit almost immediately. The timing belt rubbed against the high pressure ac hose and cut through. I was wonder if the rubber on the outside of the belt would call for a replacement and if I should try to just replace the hose or do from the end of the hose to the high pressure valve? That is not the timing belt but the serpentine belt have it replaced. As for the AC line the rubber barrier hose can be replaced with the proper crimping tools found at a hydraulic hose shop or a dedicated AC repair shop. You will most likely have to remove that complete line and have it repaired out of vehicle as a portable hydraulic crimp tool does not look like it has room to work in.

A new hose from VW is not cheap https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-volkswagen-audi-parts/a-c-hose/1k0820741bc/ a used one what ever they can get for it.

Thank you!! First up is the serpentine belt, after I work some more I’ll take it to the ac shop and see what they can do.
