Go to Bill Jacobs VW dealer which is the only dealer in Illinois has APR authorized. Change oil every 5000 miles and have all records. Since I have another car for work, my GTI never sees snow. Never involved accidents.
As of today (June 14 2009), my car has 33000 miles and just serviced from Bill Jacob with the new GTI updates from VW and of coz they re-flash my APR stage 2 software as well and the remaining warranty will be ended on March 2010.
Perfect for anyone likes to do more upgrade, like body kit & APR s3 which was my plan but really need to sell it, new car is coming.
