So I did not have access to anything to cut my bellow brackets and am running air lift same series struts. Air lift calls for cutting the bracket if you use anything but stock struts. How imperative is it that the brackets are cut down?

I am ordering XL's or performance series struts for the front on my GTI. How do you access the camber adjustment? The hole is so small isn't the hard to get to the adjustment? Or you have to adjust it before it goes in? Would be really cumbersome.
