Welcome to the forum. I don't think the DSG tune is required for a stage 2 ECU tune, unless stage 2 causes slipping by the dual clutches in the DSG. I have read that it increases line pressure in the DSG to prevent clutch slippage, but I haven't heard any specific mentions of it occurring at stage 2 like the 6mt.

@efaily yeah I've seen that manual owners need to replace the clutch no matter what when they go stage 2. I only have about 4k miles on my car. And the tune has about 390 torque so hopefully the dsg clutch doesnt slip. I also only drive my car in manual mode I almost never drive it in d or s.
