Mk7 GTI Intake problems

Hi,
Maybe this is a dumb question but i’m looking for some answers maybe someone could help me here. This case i will be talking about GTI’s in particular, The GtI with SAI have the engine bay components (intake,battery,etc) aligned in the same position as the ones with out?

I have a 2017 VW GTi with sai and bought a Intake that it supposed to fit to GTI with SAI, but none of the mounting brackets fall aligned with the factory ones. I think the company send me the model for with out sai.

If someone could clarify this question would be appreciate it.

If you can see in the first picture the air filter collides with the battery and is too away to the right to fit the inlet hose. Also look at the mounting brackets in the intake box don’t aligned with the stock ones.
