You will have less low end torque but a whole lot more power up top. It pulls to 7k rpm. I have upped my ECU and TCU limiter to 7300 rpm to take advantage of it. It likely puts around 400 down to the wheels. Have not seen a dyno yet but most the L450s do that on pump gas. For reference it will make roughly 65 more wheel HP than a OTS tuned IS38.
