Anyone have a good mechanic and performance recommendation for Chicago? I live by midway but will travel. Also looking for a good painter and window tinter.

I have a 2008 BPY engine. Noticed the front left brake pads were smaller than any of the other pads.
If all pads were changed same time with the same kind of pad what would cause one pad to be smaller than the other? Caliper issues?
