I get non stop recruiters on linked in reaching out to me. Most of them lie and just want to book an interview. About a month ago I told one I wouldn't consider leaving for anything less than 150k, they hyped it up and said it was doable, went to the interview and found out they're paying 90. I went back and told the recruiter off

Missed opportunity to go through the entire interview process, get the job, do nothing, and collect a second paycheck until they figure you out and fire you...

General rule: if the recruiter works for the company that is hiring, they might not be full of shit. If they're a third party recruiter or an agency, they're full of shit.

CSB: Be me. Watching the world cup game this morning in spanish because you don't have cable. Halftime ad comes up, it's for Taco Bell. laughing To myself because I cannot imagine how the marketing pitch went to have this air on Telemundo.
