How much is the wager that he's got a VW tattoo there on his right arm? It's fuzzy, but I'd put money on it. Also, guarantee he's balding and probably a beer snob based on the hat. Probably an iPhone user too. I hope you catch the prick.

Looking at the window that is wound partially down..or has those window covers...name escapes me...but its too short for a three door, so must be a five door model...& defo a mk6.....

Probably a serial offender, and with the tattoo, balding, physical description, etc., he shouldn't be hard to identify. I can't be sure, but I believe the FBI can enhance the photo enough to get a facial ID if he's in the system. Getting them to do it can be a problem, and locals want to first try to close cases themselves.
