First thing I would suggest is to remember to select the turbo button on the MB page, if this is VCDS data you are posting. It will show more data points if you do.
Also, your coils; you say they are red-top. Are they just red-top or genuine R8?
This is resistance of some Coils and their Ohms;
Stock: 3.3 ohms
5 cylinder coils: 4.75 ohms
R8's: 5.31 ohms
Okadas: 6.2 ohms
Stock coils have a thicker arc and can handle a larger gap. R8's have a finer arc and require a tighter gap. I do not know where your generic red-top coils fall regarding their resistance. Do you know how to read the plugs for cold and hot fouling? It appears your knock sensors begin reporting misfires a bit later in the revs, but we do not know as there is no rpm data on that screen. Typically, if it is misfiring in higher revs, the problem is more likely to be ignition. It usually points to it not getting a stable arc...in other words, the arc is getting disturbed. Coils matched to the plugs or vice versa is required to sort this, along with a good read of the plugs; is it running rich or lean.
I do not see which plugs you have as well or their gap. Can you provide that information? I will go up and read more carefully to see if I missed it.
Then, when you do a data pull, could you post data from one gear from about 2k rpm to redline(2nd or 3rd gear...3rd gear will go to 90 mph, so remember that)...and remembering to select the turbo button in VCDS. Try and always include a MB which includes rpm and throttle position/angle, because we will see changes and not see if and when you let off the throttle...and at what rpm something is happening.
This is the turbo button I believe you did not select for the data you show above;

Again, my initial suspicions are with the ignition pairing you have with the coils and properly gapped plugs for those coils. Given your tune...I would stick with and install new genuine oem coils and oem plugs with a 0.028" gap, or perhaps NGK-PFR7B plugs which come gapped at 0.028" and work great with the oem coils and increased boost. I use PFR7B plugs with my K04 set-up.
You may try finding the ohm your coils should have..
