The Beginners Thread.

Figured this would clean everything up a bit since half the front page is "Which camera should I get" threads.

So post all questions about cameras and photoshop and post pictures that you would like thoughts and opinions on by all the experts on here. Hopefully they will subscribe and post up some good tips and critiques.

Ill start and hopefully this will take off and sticky.

Ive been using my brothers Canon Rebel XSi and just trying to figure out how to use it. These have all been photoshopped. What do you guys think?

i love the last one. Do you by any chance know what mode you used and all the specs? How much difference did photoshop make? I have the same camera. Newb at this....

I used manual mode in all of them. The last one I had the white balance all weird all night, but I had them taken as RAW images so I just fixed it. I dont remember what I did with the first ones.

I also dont have a tripod which makes shooting at night real hard.

That should be your first priority dude You wont regret it at all.
