Stupid question.. and I dunno if this is the right place to ask, but how does one actually swap the antenna? @_@ Does it just screw on? I imagine it does based on the pic.. but just wanted to be sure before I ordered anything. :thumbup:

Yes installation is a snap, just unscrew your stock antenna and replace it with this one.
