Glovebox latch removal.......Any help?

I need to remove my glovebox latch and I would prefer not to break anything. I tried to search and got nothing.

Has anyone done this or can anyone provide a way to do this, without breaking the latch?

also that was probably a bad pic to attach since im now very interested in that car. I see a custom fast, custom covered arm rest, and two custom covered racing seats. I need to see more.

I have no idea how to do that but would also like to see some more pics of your interior...especially those seats.
