Ordered Monday, got em today. Someone at UPS must be trying out for a kicker position. The thing looked bashed. They didn't come with instructions. I used an interior plastic tool and popped them out. On both sides there are little "catches" on two places along the top and bottom that will dig on the paint. I guess you should wedge them from the top and bottom instead of front / rear as I did. Oh well. Done! BTW- I'm sure this is the ghetto way. You should probably remove the fender liner and push the rear tap to get it out without any damage....... I like quick though.
