How to Relabel a Drive Question

I have my iTunes library from an external hard drive that is 100 gig. I recently upgraded my external to a 500 gig because I'm running out of space. So I copied all of my files (music, videos, etc.) to the 500 gig from the 100 gig. That smaller external hd is labeled K. So whenever I play music on my iTunes, it shows an exclamation point and I always have to redirect the path (I've disconnected the smaller external hd). It's becoming a pain in my butt.

My 500 is currently labeled as "G" drive. My question is: is it possible to relabel that 500 gig "G" drive to "K" drive so that I don't have to redefine or redirect the path to the file addresses?

Thanks in advance. Oh btw, I apologize ahead of time if my terminology (redirect path, etc.) is wrong. I'm not an uber-geek computer guy.

Please help me computer geniuses!
