Hello everyone, anyone knows where the 2007 Rabbit V and GTI V are made ?? I heard some people say Germany and others say Brazil. Which is it ??

my GTI's final assembly was Wolfsberg, Germany
p.s. i like how they changed the name to Golfsberg for a week

I think the ones that were made in S.Africa were for the European market..

Either on the original window sticker or on the driver's door

If you know the VIN, run it through carfax.com. If the VIN starts with "W" its been assembled in Wolfsburg, Germany. I learned about this from a friend.
